Extract Data Block

Extract structured list data from a page into the workflow table in one step: define a row selector, then one or more columns.

This block is free to use (no membership required). It is a simpler alternative to chaining Loop Elements + Get Text + Insert Data for list pages.

Typical flow

  1. Open the list page (for example with New Tab or Active Tab).
  2. If the list loads slowly or after scroll/pagination, add a wait step first.
  3. Add Extract Data, set the row selector and columns.
  4. Optionally export with Export Data (JSON, CSV, XLSX, and more).

Row selector

Selector for each list item (product card, table row, search result, and so on). Prefer a selector that matches every row of the same kind.

You can pick it with the element selector (list / similar elements mode works well for rows).

Columns

Click Add column, then for each column:

OptionMeaning
Column nameLabel in the editor
Select table columnWhich workflow table column to write into
Relative selectorSelector inside the row (leave empty to use the row element itself)
Extract asinnerText, textContent, HTML, or an attribute

Options

OptionMeaning
Max rowsCap how many rows to take (0 = no limit)
Unique indexOne or more columns that form a key; matching rows already in the table are skipped
Clear previous table dataClear the connected table in memory before writing this run
Viewport elements onlyOnly keep rows that are mostly visible on screen
Mark extracted elementsMark rows after extract so infinite-scroll pages are less likely to re-collect the same items

TIP

After pagination or infinite scroll, if content loads asynchronously, put a wait block before Extract Data. For infinite scroll, also turn on Mark extracted elements.
