Looping
Looping repeats the same steps for each item, then continues with the rest of the workflow.
Common uses: open each detail URL from a table, fill a form for each row, or process every matching element on a page.
Ways to loop in SoloForces:
- Loop Data — table, variable, numbers, custom JSON, or elements
- Loop Elements — elements on the page (with extra load-more options)
- Repeat Task — repeat a fixed number of times
For list pages you only need to scrape into a table, prefer Extract Data instead of a long Loop + Get Text chain.
Loop Data / Loop Elements and the breakpoint
When you use Loop Data or Loop Elements, add a Loop Breakpoint and set the same Loop ID. The breakpoint marks where the loop body ends.

Without a breakpoint, the loop body does not run as intended—blocks after the loop may run only once.

Access the current item
Inside the loop, use expressions such as {{loopData.loopId}} (replace loopId with your Loop ID).
That value looks like:
{
"data": ...,
"$index": 1
}- Index:
{{loopData.loopId.$index}} - Item value:
{{loopData.loopId}}(SoloForces mapsdatafor you) - In JavaScript expressions, use
!!{{loopData.loopId.data}}
Concurrency (Loop Data)
On Loop Data you can set Concurrency from 1 to 6:
| Value | Behavior |
|---|---|
1 (default) | One item after another |
2–6 | Process that many items at the same time |
Use concurrency to open several detail pages faster. Keep it modest if the site blocks heavy traffic. Inside the loop body you typically need New Tab (or similar) so each item has its own page.
Repeat Task
Repeat Task repeats from a chosen block a fixed number of times—simplest when you do not need a data list.
