Quick Start
This section helps you build your first workflow in SoloForces. You can create a workflow in two ways:
- By recording your actions on the web
- Manually
Install SoloForces for Chrome or Edge first if you have not already.
Recording Actions
Recording is the easiest way to build a workflow.
- Open the SoloForces dashboard by clicking the SoloForces icon in the browser toolbar.
- Click the arrow down icon and choose Record workflow.

While recording, SoloForces records actions such as opening a tab, scrolling, clicking, and typing. You can also select an element to get its text or attribute value.

To stop recording, open the SoloForces popup and click the ⏹️ button.
Start recording from a specific block
If you already have a workflow and want to continue recording from a block, right-click an output of that block and choose Record from here.

Manually
- Open the SoloForces dashboard.
- Click New workflow, then enter a name and description.
- Open the workflow you just created.
You will see a Trigger block. The workflow starts from this block. You can also schedule when it runs here.
To add blocks, drag them from the left list onto the canvas. Connect blocks by dragging from an output (hollow circle) to an input (filled circle).

Save the workflow, then run it with the play icon .
TIP
Some blocks need a membership. They show a VIP badge in the block list. Everyday steps like open page, click, extract, loop, and export work without a membership.
